turkeys? yes indeed.

Apparently there is a group of turkeys (otherwise known as a rafter, gang, or colloquially, a "gobble") that lives outside of my work building. I've been told they come out in groups of as much as 30 by late summer. I'm the only one who seems to be excited, looking out other people's office windows as they walk by, and being totally distracted by their pecking at the glass during meetings. When I pulled into the parking lot today they were standing where I usually park, so I excitedly grabbed my camera while other people walked right on by into work. Wait till the end of the video, as I think the big guy was a little miffed I was filming him.

Just because I have been ignoring you does not mean I have forgotten you. I have been very busy with various activities, including a visit from my mom and sister, a trip to NYC, a work trip to Columbia, SC, a weekend house guest, and lots o' work.
